Family and Consumer Sciences Extension improves the quality of individual and family life through education, research, and outreach. This multidisciplinary field focuses on building assets of individuals and families to address the problems faces across the lifespan.
Family and Consumer Sciences Extension operates within an ecological framework with the basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter at its core. The next level emphasizes well-being with a focus on human development, parenting, resource management, nutrition, health, and aesthetics.

It's time to start our Lunch-N-Learn Programs for the 2017 year! We will start Wednesday, April 5, at noon at the Lincoln County Extension Office.
We will meet the first Wednesday of each month until winter rolls around. Please make your reservations by the first Monday by call us at 606-365-2447. Make plans to join us!
The Lunch-N-Learn Program is offered monthly through the Lincoln County Extension Office. The program is prepared and presented by Rita Stewart, County Extension Agent for Family & Consumer Sciences. The topics are chosen by Rita each month.
When: The First Wednesday of each month (except for the winter months-we will post the dates that we're not having this)
Time: 12 noon
